Our Second Event – February 28th 2010
Moving Forward 2015 Foundation hosted a “Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament”. The event was very successful and all of the proceeds raised that day were used to fulfill the “wish” list from three mom’s that were moving out of the shelter and into their new homes. We were able to purchase thousands of dollars worth of household items to help each family as they begin to rebuild their lives. Our board is very proud that we were able to take less than $5,000 and provide almost $14,000.00 worth of merchandise to the families.
